So I would need to dive a bit deeper to confirm but if construction started on this one today I believe it would be Tempes 4th tallest at completion. The top 3:
1) West 6th 2nd tower (345 ft)
2) 7th Street Residential (315, under construction)
3) Astria (314, under construction)
I need to check the actual planning documents for 2 and 3 because I thought they were just a bit shorter, these heights are from the summary info. Funnily enough, the original reason I discovered the updates to the development map website is I was thinking about updating the Tempe section of the "Arizonas Tallest Buildings" wiki, which is woefully out of date (like 5 years or so).
