The Louis Emerson House will be saved and ASU's med school will be revising their plans to accomodate the house in it's existing location. Not sure why that wasn't the case from the very beginning, but I digress. Ultimately this seems like a win for everyone involved.

So the current owner is going to keep the property. That is great. This guy is basically a slum lord. check out some of the other properties he owns in garfield. There's going to be a not well maintain old house with weeds growing up around it with broken down cars in the parking lot in the middle of campus, great.
