Rembe Urban Design + Development is planning another cottage-style development in the North Valley along Edith Boulevard. Dietz Farms will have 133 homes for rent, similar to Griegos Farms, which was completed earlier this year. Below is a layout for the new project, which was originally posted by the pro-development advocacy group Generation Elevate New Mexico last month on its LinkedIn account.
There of course already exists the Dietz Farms neighborhood in the North Valley, which surrounds the historic Dietz Farmhouse closer to the Rio Grande and which was carved from the original, larger farm property. I was glad to learn that the Dietz family is involved in this new development and will either sell or lease the property which it will be built upon.
