Alkapone, believe it or not I had this post ready for Flemish Lane. (I don't believe 'Village' is in the name)
It's the street to the right
(east) of the old Palomar Apt/Hotel.
Flemish Lane is quite short. Here's an aerial view.
And here's a street view when the buildings were painted in various colors.
The multi-colors makes it look a bit. . um . . Flemishy.
It has since been repaited.
