If NIMBYS can go to IRAC, then developers can go to IRAC, and I believe this is where it will go, and it will be approved. Planning found no issues. City Council bent to the usual NIMBY excuses.

Yeah, that was super pathetic. It’ll go to IRAC, the city will pay legal fees to defend council’s decision, and then IRAC will rightful side with the professional planning staff.
