As someone who takes Regina’s loop a lot, it is a HUGE waste of taxpayer dollars 10-15 years later since it was built and now deteriorating, the roadway is still a ghost for traffic. Like its great but it gives overbuilt vibe to Regina for no reason whatsoever. Part of me hopes this never actually gets built. The weirdest part about it is if you still want to leave from Saskatoon to Calgary ours busiest transport spots, you still have to drive 50km/hr down 20th lol
