The What We Learned Report for the survey has been available on the Engage Ottawa project webpage for a while now: https://engage.ottawa.ca/beechwood

I personally really like the idea of partial one-way streets. I feel these would greatly improve the feel and experience of the street.

The impression I've gotten so far from the meetings I've attended on this issue is that many residents are concerned that the project focuses on transportation and streetscape in isolation from land use, zoning, and development matters. Many seem to feel (and I would agree) that the public realm plan won't amount to much if the City just approves all of the new and planned development on Beechwood without any commercial use or widening of the ROW...

In terms of next steps for the project, it looks like the "draft functional design" will be ready soon and will be the subject of further consultation.
