Not a fan of the windowless grey areas but otherwise this is looking very, very nice.

Yeah. On the 16th floor facing Relevé, the windowless panels look awesome, but at the back, it it's not as nice. I get why they had to do it; because of the elevators are along that northern wall. They probably figure that the brick apartment blocks will eventually be replaced.
