One of the dumbest thing you'll ever read about the Villages Plan.

The plan covers 600 city blocks.

Blue areas are proposed villages up-zones
Tan areas previously identified neighbourhood centers from un executed 2005 CityPlan.
Grey = existing zoned commercial strips.
