I'll one-up you. REGINA Metro Pop 249,217

is getting a second store ..... INSANE! By that math Surrey should have five stores, with number six under construction.

OK, I was bored on a Saturday afternoon and I calculated how many Costco locations per million residents in Provinces that have a Costco.

Stores per Million Population.

Alberta - 3.56
New Brunswick - 3.45
BC - 2.48
Quebec -2.44
Saskatchewan - 2.36
Ontario - 2.36
Manitoba -2.0
Nova Scotia - 1.83
Newfoundland
and Labrador - 1.82

I guess New Brunswick serves a larger population base outside of the province that explains that number.
