Have started landing the 7th floor precast concrete floor slabs on the east end of the 8s south building. The 7th and 8th floor have a smaller footprint due to the step back on the west side.

The 7th floor precast concrete floor slabs are now installed. Should see them start on installing the 7th floor precast walls and posts very soon.

Wasting no time they have already started installing some of the 7th floor walls and posts on the south 8s building.

They have wrapped up installing the 7th floor precast walls and posts. Should see the 8th floor precast concrete slabs being installed next week.

Thats some artistic license being applied to the renders. Lake and mountains in the background and no other buildings.

They have now got about 50% of the 8th floor concrete precast roof slabs installed. Should finish this week and start on the mechanical penthouse next week.

Wrapping up the 8th floor roof concrete slab install today. Should see the mechanical penthouse start next week.

Installing the mechanical penthouse walls has started on the south 8s building. Window and balcony units installed up to the 6th floor as well. The north 8s building is well into the interior finishing with loads of drywall being installed.

Well another tower crane is being removed from the London skyline with a heavy lift mobile crane disassembling the tower crane on this 8s apartment building project today. Old Oak will be busy into the summer months completing the exterior and interior finishing on these two buildings.

Old Oak has started leasing the north building as units are being finished on the interior.

Have now installed some of the paving for the entrance way and on top of the parking structure. The final windows and balcony doors are being installed on the 8th floor of the south building.

Have made alot of progress installing landscaping and paving the driveway on this project.
