Having lived for a few years blocks from the Arbutus City Market, it's disappointing to hear that Granville feels "off". Arbutus is definitely too small a store, not only in layout and ability to navigate but also physically what they can put on the shelves. Over the years in Kits I can't count the number of times they didn't have some like basic staple (or had clearly sold out) because they can only put so many things on the shelves of a store with that kind of floorplate.
