At the top of their web page is a rendering, presumably of the back side, that shows some brick:

Non-penthouse unit size ranges from just under 500 sq ft to 900, pricing roughly $500K-$800K.

Is that considered normal and “affordable” (i.e. what the average person would spend on a condo in Halifax nowadays) now? A single person is spending $500K on a 500 sq ft condo? To me it seems that the bar has been set kind of high (or low, depending upon how you want to look at it... lol).
