There are obviously numerous cities between Seattle and NY.

Portland did 63,400 per day including light rail and streetcars. Great map but not great ridership.

The US is full of systems in that category. Denver did 72,000 with light rail and commuter rail. MSP did 34,900 with light rail plus a tiny commuter rail service that's going away. Dallas did 60,900 with light rail. Houston did 35,600 with light rail.
