For shits and giggles, I took the train to Union Station today and took random photos. Since it's a major transit hub, I wanted to see how any signs/banners were added for the World Cup. So here's a redundant photo dump of Union Station.

I wonder if this particular color palette was chosen specifically for Los Angeles and the other World Cup host cities have different colors, or if this is for all the host cities.

Union Station is still one of my favorite buildings in Los Angeles.

They didn't mess up Union Station too much for the World Cup. Even that huge LED board is only temporary.

They added new sports-themed artwork. I'm wondering if this will stay through 2028 when Los Angeles hosts the summer Olympics.

They even covered the TAP card readers in World Cup graphics.

...as well as the TAP card vending machines.
