ASU moves to seize, raze historic Phoenix home to build medical school

https://www.phoenixnewtimes.com/news/asu...ic-phoenix-home-medical-school-40673272/

I'm am very pro-development, but ASU using eminent domain to seize and demolish a historic building doesn't seem right. In my opinion, seeing pockets of old history mixed in with new development is what makes cities interesting. I don't see why ASU can't work with the land they have and build around this property.
