Well he is from Toulouse, France so is interest in Gatineau isn't surprising in that regard. I wonder how many people know that on the other side. I am not familiar with the surname Andlauer but is that a very French name?
His wiki says who was raised by his single mother whom I assume was of Dutch origin. Van de Velde.
