1057-1061 Richmond St church conversion to residential

The long vacant church at Richmond and Sherwood Ave has a zoning proposal to convert it into residential by Royal Premier Homes.

Zoning amendments to allow:
• An increase in the number of dwelling units within the existing building
• 17 residential units (94 units per hectare)
• 11 parking spaces (0.64 spaces per unit)

LFP article on the PEC meeting that needed to go closed door due to legal advise.

PEC votes to increase the number of units to 17 from 9.

This church has been vacant since 2013.

Up next full council and likely a OLT appeal again.
