The marina is kinda tacky, but other areas of Dubai have superior architecture.

Agree with you. What is your favorite area? I recently bought a downtown apartment. In general, I am satisfied with my area, and in terms of price and quality, I think it was an almost perfect purchase. I also considered an apartment in the Dubai Marina area
