That happened to Vue in Burquitlam. The hole with Vue was wayyyyyy deeper when it happened. In the weeks that followed they re-filled a portion of the hole up to the wall and then dug it out again. Delayed the project bigly. Thankfully it's now topped out. I live close to Vue and desperately want a coffee shop to open up under the building, which is why I've been tracking it.
