I'm still convinced in my mind they don't want the roof because it would block the view of some of the lower condo units. One of the reasons anyhow.
I have to wonder what a complete gut and redo of the north side and civic center would have cost during P1. I'm talking major work. If the civic centre isn't up to current standards for facilitates which we know.. I'm saying build and entire complex under the field. The northside of the stadium concourse are open to the air.. which is nice but extra washrooms and concessions could have been added.
