They seem to come up with these bikes projects and dont really announce them. Unless there is somewehre in the budget that lists them specifically, i cant find it.

There a bike path going in along Concordia this year, from gateway to the existing path near the hospital. It will also have a connection along london to civic park.

It would be nice to have some consultation on where the paths are going. Like the london off shoot would be better served to at the pedestrian crossing by the pool, and go around the east of the pool and football field.
