I saw workers and equipment at the abandoned UrbA ATL project yesterday (next to IKEA). Looks like work might be starting again? Or maybe they're just prepping to sell it

It looks like the city might be taking action about the abandoned Campanile building. Hopefully someone can be finally clean up Dewberry's mess.

Tell me this won't hold up the April 1, 2045 grand reopening party? I have already made plans to attend.

Amsterdam Walk

In an interview on the Sunbelt Developer's podcast, the Portman's Chief Development Officer said that they are planning to break ground on the development early next year. The project is currently in design and none of the renderings we've seen are real. At this time the development is all residential and retail and he expressed excitement about the project saying that this will be something of "immense pride" for the company.

Re: 14th street condos; I like the tower portion, but the rest of it looks tacked on.
What if they gave the lower right part a Spanish Revival look?
They could make it look like they had an older Atlanta building they built a modern glass tower onto.
