Apologies, but I feel like you're misunderstanding my comments.

343 Madison's foundation progress is currently where 70 HY's foundation was at 6-7 months ago. I understand that 70 HY started later, that's not what I'm arguing. 343 started earlier (yes i also know that) but on Phase 1, not the tower. Excavation of Phase 2 for 343 Madison didn't start until this was well under construction and excavation.

It doesn't matter that 70 HY is going up faster, it's going up "faster" because it started earlier relative to when the tower phase at 343 actually started, not Phase 1 construction.
