• Before 2024 there were townhouses on the site probably built in the 1980s
• 2024-04 building demo'ed, trees remain
• 2025 - site clearing, remaining trees gone
• 2026 - still working on foundation and underground parking

Technically in Port Coquitlam, just across the border on the east side of Westwood Street.

• 2023 - presentation centre built
• 2024 - rest of site cleared
• 2025 - construction underway on south tower
• 2026-02 - presentation centre demo'ed

1145 Inlet

This large rental townhouse complex has had redevelopment signs for a couple years. Nothing seems to be happening currently.

This is a different development at the corner of Pipeline and Inlet St. There were three houses here until 2022.


This photo of the Stirling Block presentation centre shows townhouses about to be demo'ed, but I'm not sure if this is part of the 1145 Inlet complex across the street.

so many projects in the tri-cities have stalled or seems like they aren't happening, nice to see somethings are going.

In other news, Dollarama is opening a new store in a former bank on Austin Avenue at Marmomt.
