Definitely an improvement over a surface parking lot. Downtown Hamilton has been seeing a lot of intensification and redevelopment activity in recent years, so it's great to see another underutilized site potentially contribute to the area's growth. Looking forward to seeing the renderings and how the project fits into the broader vision for downtown.
