I think it'll be impactful for that crappy area from about Sackville over to Bishop's Landing. Maybe it'll be a tipping point from parking lot district to something with a little more interest. Hollis will get a shot in the arm too as far as that streetscape goes overall. It's already pretty good on either end, but with a gap in the middle.
The waterfront lots there also need an overhaul.
