Socgen and MS are the two names I've heard on 175. There's long dated tenancy on 245 - Ares is in through late 2030's (just signed expansion / renewal). EQT and Stone peak are both on fresh 15 year deals. Houlihan Lokey also has term on their lease. Nothing on 400-410 yet - Hearing owners are still trying to work something out to see if there's a path, very early days.
