CTV reporter says this new residence will be open in Fall 2027? That is surprising as they should be open Fall 2026 given they are already up to the 4th floor on the west end and likely topping out early in 2026 with exterior and interior finishing thru the spring and summer.

Forming for the 5th floor slab has started on the west end. Still working on forming of the ground floor walls and posts and the 2nd floor slab on the east end. The east end has a larger footprint due to the dining room amenity spaces.

Have now got the 5th floor slab and some of the walls poured on the west end of this 8s building. Progress on the east end is very slow as they haven't finishing the ground floor on the NE corner as of yet.

Very little progress on the east end of this building with sections of the ground floor slab still not poured. Forming for the 6th floor walls on the west end now well underway.

Forming for the 7th floor slab on the west end of this 8s building. Still little progress on the east end for some reason?

Forming started for 7th floor walls and posts on the west end of this 8s building. Working on the 6th floor in the middle section. Still have not poured the ground floor slab for the east end fronting Richmond. The east tower crane boom has been anchored with cables for over a week now so they may be having technical issues with it.

Now forming the 8th floor walls and posts on the west end. 7th floor forming started in the middle section. They may have poured some of the ground floor slab on the east end amenity space but progress on the east end has been very slow.

Concrete pump truck onsite today pouring a section of the ground floor slab on the east end.

Now forming started for the 8th floor roof slab on the west end and the 8th floor slab in the middle section. More structural steel going up on the east end ground floor amenity space.

Wrapping up the 8th floor roof on the middle section and forming now started for elevator/stairwell penthouse. Forming just started for ground floor posts and walls on the east end which has seen very slow progress.

Forming for the 2nd floor slab on the NE end of this building progressing well. Still alot of ground floor walls and posts yet to complete on the SE corner.

EllisDon wasting no time removing the west side tower crane today. Forming now for the 2s atrium in the SE corner common area.

Have now poured most of the 2nd floor walls and posts of the east side of this building. Appear to still be working on the 2s atrium forming of the SE corner. Windows now installed upto the 8th floor level on the west end.
