MCB presented the finalized Inner Harbor promenade design to Maryland's Department of the Environment for approval.

This phase of construction has already been financed by the state, and will break ground post Sail250 & Rash Field phase II construction.

Thanks for all great updates. Have they broke ground on new line subway station that Gov Moore was talking about building affordable housing near the stations?

No problem!

The E/W Red Line is still going through design-planning.

The West Baltimore MARC station will be completed concurrently with the new FDT tunnel so thats some years away.

The state wants to start developing TOD on the Subway (Green Line) and Light-rail stations imminently however.

Roughly 800 units in four & five-story residential buildings over retail to are coming to Mount Clare Square. The current grocery store and office building will remain on site with everything else being demolished per March 2026 plans.
