This tower, coupled with King Kong (ie., 175 Park) is going to transform the area immediately around Grand Central.
I’m curious to see what 405 Park and The Roosevelt will look like!
While I had hoped that Grand Penn would have been selected, Halmar’s plan looks amazing. Between the news of that, this, and demo progressing for our next icon at 350 Park, NYC is ending May on a very high note. Hopefully, in June, we’ll have news from RXR about 175 Park.
