A new subdivision is proposed in the Hyde Park area in the vacant lands to the west of Hyde Park Road near the Mandarin plaza. These lands were designated as light industrial until last year.
Draft Plan of Subdivision to allow:
- A residential subdivision consisting of a mix of single detached and semi-detached dwellings, amid-rise apartment building, a “Future Development” block, parkland/open space, pedestrian connections and servicing right-of-way blocks.
- The extension of North Routledge Park, and the creation of two new municipal right-of-way (Street ‘A’ and Street ‘B’).
