^ Hopefully this AI mini "boom" will help jump start some actual skyscraper construction (and the completion of Oceanwide). Although I'm also a bit wary of some of the side effects that may/is bringing (ie layoffs and worsening housing affordability) but at the same time increased construction, especially residential, will help offset that.
