Surprise surprise the neighbour NIMBY's are against this proposal. Council should approve this unanimously and laugh the NIMBY's out the door.

I love the proposal, but again, they need to expand Bradley to 4 lanes, the traffic there is ridiculous. They keep adding more and more along that road, how much more can a small 2 lane road take?

CSM Development Inc, who has purchased the two Dearness properties, is now proposing a 12-storey apartment building on this site, at the northwest corner of Bradley and Dearness.

It looks like this developer is about to build a small stacked townhouse development at 341 Southdale Rd E... building permits were issued late last year
