This development has been mismanaged from inception. I don't think the collective appreciates how lucky it is that this got completed as a supertall given how spoiled they've been over the past 20 years with virtually everything breaking ground being completed in Toronto. Sure we can discuss the impacts of Covid and red tape (having to obtain permits) but, this tower is like 35 times coverage at a gridlocked region of the city. There's no staging available anywhere nearby. Compound that with the aforementioned mismanagement and overly engineered structure, it shouldn't come at any surprise the erectile dysfunction. One Bloor East certainly wasn't on Viagra when it was being built.
