Nice addition. They have an ATR customer HQ'd in town to boot.
Is this facility at YOW or offsite?

It doesn't say, but given the fact it doesn't say, I'd hazard a guess it's offsite.

AC making a bunch more transborder frequency reductions, including a very minor service reduction on YOW-DCA by cutting the Tuesday flight for 3 weeks in July : https://www.aeroroutes.com/eng/260512-acns26us

The inaugural YOW-YLW flight leaves off gate 24 in about an hour or so. I had set up a price alert and this dropped to $220 at one point yesterday before shooting back up. Hopefully they just wanted the inaugural to be full, and it doesn't mean it's going out half empty.

PD's YOW-YYC service also increases to 13x weekly as of today (no Saturday ops), with the morning flight being added. This will eventually go double daily in mid-June.

Now that PD's west coast morning bank is in full swing, took this screenshot from FR24. Six E2s and a Q400, going to YYJ, YVR, YLW, YEG, YYC, YWG and YQT.

Would be nice, something like 3x weekly following it's first summer similar to YYJ would make sense. Speaking of winter, YSB is not currently loaded, however YQG is 6x weekly.

AC889 was 26/30 J today and full in PY, and AC888 tonight was also full in PY and 27/31 J.

Tomorrow's AC889 is 17/31 J and 16/24 PY, however AC888 is full in all three cabins.

YVR on PD moves to 11x weekly today, with an evening departure and red-eye return added days 1457.

AF is also a 77W today, and will be for the rest of May save for two flights.

AF is on gate 15A (blocks 16) and AC's LHR flight is on gate 14A (technically blocks 13, though I see a few Q400s and a CRJ used it while AC is on the ground so maybe just blocked for larger aircraft)

Starting December 1st. YOW-LHR will be switching to the A321XLR. I’m not sure about frequency.

Haha, came here to post this. Getting the daytripper slot 3x weekly and will be splitting it with YHZ (4x weekly).

November is now the 333 at 3x weekly, still with a red-eye eastbound.

For what it's worth (probably not much), YHZ is loaded with the XLR daily from the cutover to IATA summer 2027 but YOW still shows the 333 4x weekly.

AC888 YOW 0850 2035 LHR 32Q days 357
AC889 LHR 0900 1205 YOW 32Q days 146

This route is an awesome addition for both Kelowna and Ottawa, hopefully it stays and runs year round. Kelowna gets better access to eastern Canada and Ottawa gets direct flights to BCs wine country and interior ski resorts.

We need more domestic tourism in times like these.

What a terrible flight from a passenger experience. Spend the whole day on a plane, arrive in the evening wide awake. I can't see that being appealing over going to Toronto or Montreal (or Paris).

The change represents a reduction of just over 200 weekly seats per direction.

In other London narrowbody news, the inaugural Transat LGW flight is enroute, set to arrive around 1230.

Anyone still wondering if AC wants you to use that flight to connect onward to other places?

Works well for me as I wouldn't want to connect out of London without a night (or several) in a hotel. I'm not price or time sensitive, however, so not typical.
