I wonder if this puts the brakes on the Pickering pl. project for the time being. Given that they are partnered with Colonade Bridgeport per the last article, hopefully not.

Feels like there is some uncertainty with that site. Like.. what's happening with Alto. What's happening with VIA plans and potentially a connection over to train yards.

I dunno how much that would change the valuation.

First phase of Pickering Place is underway as well. I don't think any brakes have been applied.

Ah. Righto. There were selling off the other lots.

There is an update with some piles being drilled on Skyrise back in early March.

That's good then. Kind of an odd spot to get over to for random photos or viewings.
