Yet more disappointing news for Champlain Place. The former Shoppers space was previously reported as being "under contract." Well, the contract is apparently for
Spirit Hallowe'en.
No offence to Spirit Hallowe'en, but I had been hoping for a more permanent (and higher class tenant) for this space.
