Always amazes me how this mall absorbs empty space. Some of their strategy has been larger stores absorbing more space when smaller ones close.

Wow, Uniqlo would be a great addition. The mall is definitely going more upscale than it was. And with White Oaks adding IKEA and probably a lot more, it really secures these two malls as the main shopping destinations for London. And I don't want to sound too dramatic but I think this does influence people to think about moving to London if they can because if they feel they can get almost everything they can get in Toronto then they are actually gaining living in a more affordable city, etc. And other people will choose London to make it a destination for a weekend visit. The more stores like these that we get, the less reason for Londoners to go to the GTA to shop.
