Yes, we've been to Capitola. I even took a lot of pictures of it and posted it here some years ago, but the links are now all broken. We didn't go to Capitola on this trip because we made it a point to see other towns near Santa Cruz that we've never stopped in before.

Indeed, the central coast of California is beautiful. It's one of my and my partner's favorite places in the state. Hehe he's already made hotel reservations for a long weekend we're planning in August (we like to have little long weekend getaways within the months of our birthdays).
