I'm kinda impressed that the pit hasn't flooded like I've seen happening in other abandoned sites in the metro region.

I didn't notice any water pumps from Lexus' drone view, but then again the Metrotown area doesn't have the type of clay/silt soil type that tends to hold up water.

We can only hope that that project finds the legs to get moving again.
