The former 7-Eleven store building is now demolished at the NE corner of Oxford and Adelaide. Truck away the rubble next step. What the plans for this corner are will be interesting to see. It's not very large and I would guess the city might be interested in a right turn lane and/or bus bay. Ideally someone would buy and demolish the old bank building on the SE corner and the houses south of the bank as well. I believe a number of years ago Foxwood purchased most of the houses just east of the Bank building along Oxford. Those have large backyards and these properties could be redeveloped into something.
