Hope this never gets approved. The City is always broke when it comes to transit or improved cycling/pedestrian infrastructure, but the police and other groups often get what they want few or no questions asked.
I'd like to know why the deal with Algonquin fell through and if they tried to work with other potential partners like La Cité.
