Someone on here mentioned a while back that Crombie is planning
a similar redevelopment of the trademark building where they keep the podium and put 3-4 towers on top. Which has zoning for 40 stories IIRC. I wonder if they’re treating this build as a trial for a larger scale on the trademark.
