Wouldn't overpass work better though?

If I'm on Trillium MUP, North of Carling and I want to get to hospital, I have to wait for traffic light, cross and then go up the stairs.

With overpass I could go up the stairs on the North side, proceed over Carling and save 1-2 minutes not waiting for green light.

No difference if you arrive by train as you take the elevator/stairs from the platform level to the overpass level.
