Great photos!

Does anyone know why there's a relatively big difference between the number of usable floors (58) and the floor count of the top floor (73)? Are there 15 mechanical floors (or equivalent)?

^ Like with most new office towers in the city, floor numbers are adjusted for height.

Since its inception I have always liked this tower, very nuanced sophisticated NYC contemporary construct.

The lighting scheme with the orange and blue for the Knicks in the past few weeks has elevated this tower's status. Like the ESB it rises to the occasion during great events; such as Knicks playoff games, as STRESSFUL as they are. Great job on the lighting scheme to complement ESB!

And of course... LET GO KNICKS!!!
