Are there any more retail components left in this development? Like that Tower 6, for example. Or future towers yet to come. Any more street-level retail spaces or community/public spaces?

I think 5/6/7 all have some kind of retail underneath (?) and there's 4 phases left. 167K sq feet (which includes any offices)

the retail space next to the Cannabis store finally has a tenant coming, something Spin, it must be a spin cycle class place. Nice to see it finally filled.

Tower 7 looks like it's 3-4 levels above grade now.

Tower 5 topped out, Tower 6 nearly topped out. Tower 7 should soon be visible from certain angles.

I guess it would be staging for T8 and then where the parkade is would be T9.

Is the old Bay space for lease or is it going to get torn down?

Did Brentwood have a Bay? Are you thinking of Loughheed Mall? Decades ago there was an Eaton's and a Zellers at Brentwood, but not for many years. The developers are now planning on demolishing the whole of the old mall.

Brentwood didn't have a Bay - that would be Lougheed - and yes, the Bay at Lougheed is supposed to be demolished for the next phase, which has not started.

The Sears was going to be a Tesla service centre but they abandoned that plan a while ago.

I do mean Brentwood but it might have been a Sears.
It's an older part of the mall in the southeast corner of the site.
