NASHVILLE | 800 Lea | 610 FT | 45 FLOORS

Just dropped today by the legacy company for Nashville, Giarratana, is a very skinny condo tower at the KVB & 8th Ave S roundabout, across from the massive Music City Center (convention center). The leaning Circle South office tower is proposed across from this tower as well. More information regarding construction timeline will be forthcoming.

wow! This in addition to the Paramount will seriously elevate Nashville's skyline compared to other US cities.

Two more renderings have popped. The first is a SE elevation and the other is from the SW showing the rather harsh, bland western facade. The western face is taking a play out of the Miami playbook for multiple towers that line Biscayne Blvd.

This one is on a weirdly shaped lot (thus the weirdly shaped floor plan)... hopefully there will be another tower to cover up the mostly blank wall on the back side.

Do you know if this building will have an observation deck open to the public on any of the top floors. I think that this may be the opportunity for a skyscraper in Nashville to do so as there are currently no observation decks currently in Nashville.
