Glad we get these pieces from Bula ahead of the upcoming election. Her sense, to me, of what constitutes as "order" and "random" is interesting.
How she is running with OneCity astounds me after reading that. Isn't their entire ethos upzone the whole city? Which would result in development everywhere in a huge area?
