I've noticed in pictures that even just the one building by Tony's has changed the feel of this area, both Robie and the periphery of the Commons. It's going to be hugely different when all these projects are done and there's a corridor of midrise buildings with clusters of highrises around Quinpool and Almon.

I hope the city gets this BRT corridor up and running soon and then looks at LRT or streetcar service. It makes a lot of sense with the hospitals, universities, residential, and all the ongoing development. This corridor could also connect to a Spring Garden Road transit mall and service out to Clayton Park.
